Standard shipping for our bridal gowns typically takes 12-16 weeks as each piece is made-to-order. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before your wedding date to allow for shipping and local alterations.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
A & M Enterprises Bridal provides gowns based on our standard size chart. While we do not offer in-house alterations, we design our garments with generous seam allowances to make professional tailoring as seamless as possible.
What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our bridal collection, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review our size guide thoroughly before placing an order.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes, we offer fabric swatch kits for most of our signature silks, tulles, and laces. These can be ordered directly through our accessories page to help you match your color palette.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the gown.
How should I store my gown until the wedding day?
We recommend keeping your gown in the provided breathable garment bag, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging heavy gowns by the shoulder straps; use the interior security loops instead.
